PURCHASING

SHIPPING

​

All Original Art paintings are shipped $10 flat rate shipping.

All jewelry and All Ornaments are is shipped $5 flat rate shipping.

Packages containing mixed jewelry, ornaments and art will ship together for $10.

All items ship from Louisburg, NC. 
 

​Domestic Customers: All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation tracking. International orders are shipped USPS first class. For shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

International Customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and USPS estimates international delivery to take in between 6 and 10 business days, we cannot guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

REFUNDS

We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

​

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at How Great Thou Arts , and will incur a reshipment fee.
